8th Particle Physics Phenomenology Workshop (PPP8)

Dear Participants,

Thank you for your registration and participation PPP8, which will be held at NCKU from 20 May to 23 May 2009 and is located on the 3 rd Floor at Zenda Suites. Below we have some news for you:

 

1. Attached file includes some useful information for foreigners, such as the brief maps of university and hotels, the time schedule for high speed rail, the routes from airport to train stations and NCKU , and some sentences in Chinese etc. Please check if they are useful for you. If you need more detailed maps, please use Google map or Google Earth.

2. We have put the information for hotel reservation on the webpage : http://www.ncts.ncku.edu.tw/phys/pf/090520/acc.htm
   For those who have reserved the accommodation, please check it. If you find any mistakes, please inform us as soon as possible.

3. To fit new situation, we make a slight fine-tuning on the previous agenda. The new version of program could be found on the PPP8 website at http://www.ncts.ncku.edu.tw/phys/pf/090520/
   We encourage the invited speakers to check the time for your talk. If you have already the file for the presentation, you could send us, then we can put it on the website.

4. Reception will be held at PPP8 site. However, the banquet will take place at the B2 of Shangri-La's Far Eastern Plaza Hotel, which is just around 200m away from Zenda Suites.
