We are pleased to announce that the Proceedings of the 2nd International Workshop on Solid-State Quantum Computing and Mini-School on Quantum Information Science will be published online by the International Conference Proceedings Series of the American Institute of Physics (AIP; http://proceedings.aip.org ). We invite each author to submit your paper to conference proceedings by following the procedures described below. All the conference participants will have a free unlimited online access for one year.

- In principle, all paper presented in IWSSQC has a right for the publication in the proceedings of IWSSQC. However, the program committee will check the submitted papers whether these papers hold the regular form and are obeying the rule of the total page number, scope, and so on. If these are not held, or the title and content of the manuscript are different from those presented in the conference, the committee may reject such papers.
- August 31st deadline will be strictly enforced.
- The camera-ready manuscript should be prepared according to the “Author
Instruction for AIP Conference Proceedings” at http://proceedings.aip.org .
Detailed instruction are available in PDF at the website. MS Word templates and LaTeX
classes in several different formats are also available online at http://proceedings.aip.org . Please choose the 8.5 x 11 inch, double-column
format. Proceedings paper should be submitted as a PDF file.

Workshop presenters:
Invited speakers: 6 pages
Contributed poster presenters: 4 pages
- At least one author of each paper must sign the Transfer of Copyright
Agreement form available at http://proceedings.aip.org or here.
You may scan the signed copyright release form into an electronic file and
submit it with your manuscript on-line on the "Proceedings Submission" web
page. Alternatively, you may send the signed copyright release form to

- We would like to remind authors to request and submit along with your
papers the necessary permissions documentation for any figures or tables
borrowed from other sources. Any figures or tables taken in their entirety
from another source need permission from the previous publisher or author.
If the source is an AIP or member society journal, or a AIP Conference
Proceedings Volume, permissions does not need to be obtained. Likewise, if
the source is considered public domain, or was authored by one of the
authors of the current paper, permission does not need to be obtained.
