Guidelines

  1. Submission deadline: September 20, 2008.

  2. Maximum page length
    Mini-School speakers:
          Two hour lectures: 8 pages
          One hour lectures: 6 pages
    Workshop presenters:
          Invited speakers: 6 pages.
          Contributed poster presenters: 4 pages

  3. Proceedings should be submitted as a PDF file and the paper format and size should follow the paper preparation instructions on the Proceedings Instruction web page. In addition, At least one author of each paper must sign and submit the signed Transfer of Copyright Agreement form. The form is available at the "Proceeding Instruction" web page or at http://proceedings.aip.org .
